The Meleras Cottage Sessions come to fruition
The Jeff Meleras cottage sessions are done. A bunch of hip cats went out into the woods for 5 days to record a 'live off the floor' album of some killer vibey tunes. Expect to hear the results some time soon. We worked hard and had a blast.
Concerning latest JRP album, we've paid for manufacturing (yes boring, mundane details) so the check is in the mail....When all is said and done, you'll be able to grab a copy at shows, at record stores...or on the internet.
Tonite...'the Battle of Ontario' rages on....sens vs. toronto...go sens go!

Goodbye Amanda's Slip (farewell friend #2)
Well, an era is over. The Slip has been a home away from home for us for a long time now. It's been literally like hanging out with friends and jamming at home, cause that's what it was!!!. AJ and Jesse and all the Kemptville cats have always been super cool and fun and friendly. You hung out there, there's great art on the wall and art playing through the PA system. And of course...the food! I remember once Pete and I went over on a run when they were closed, and AJ made us some of his top notch soup and we sat around and chatted, a nice moment hanging out with the 2 giants i know as AJ and Pete. Top notch all around.
Bless them in their new pursuits and lives!!! And bless BR3 (Brent, Bruce and the 'Branch'!) on their new journey!!!

JRP playing at Amanda's Slip this Saturday, October 7th
Hi all,
AJ and Jesse are having a 'Closing out party'. They've sold the Slip and are moving on to different things. Come out and party with us, there's gonna be a bunch of bands. It starts in the afternoon and will go on into the evening.
